From New York
New Jersey Turnpike, South, to Pennsylvania Turnpike, West. Exit 25A to 476 South. Take first exit off 476 towards Norristown. Right at the end of the ramp onto Ridge Pike, West. Stay on Ridge Pike (it becomes Main St.) for 3 miles. After you cross railway lines go to next light (Sunoco Station on your left) and make a left onto Haws Ave. Go two blocks and make a left onto West Washington St. The Norristown Arts Building is # 619 W. Washington St. Make a left at the building onto McKinley St. and park in the fenced in lot on your left.

From Philadelphia
76 West to 476 North to Norristown Exit. Stay Right off ramp and right again onto Ridge Pike, West towards Norristown. Stay on Ridge Pike (it becomes Main St.) for 3 miles. From King of Prussia:
Hilton Hotel & Comfort Inn Take Dekalb St., north towards Norristown. This would be a right turn out of the Hilton Hotel and a left turn out of the Comfort Inn.(in order to take a left turn you have to go right to next light and make a U turn). Stay straight and cross river into Norristown. Take first left onto Main Street. Go to next light ( Sunoco Station on your left) and make a left onto Haws Avenue. Go 2 blocks and make a left onto West Washington Street. Go one block and make a left onto McKinley Street. Park on left in fenced in parking lot.

By Train
Boston/New York/ Washington trains stop at Philadelphia's 30th Street Station. From 30th Street Station take the local Septa Train to Norristown. The building is approximately 3/4 of a mile from the station.

*Comfort Inn. Valley Forge. 610 962 0700. Located at 550 W. Dekalb St. King of Prussia. Best deal. We have a group rate of $69 a night plus tax. Includes "Deluxe Continental breakfast" Hmmm. Basic but nice rooms. They are holding rooms for Norristown Arts Building guests. If cost is a concern, I recommend this as the best Hotel deal around.

* Valley Forge Hilton. 610 337 1200. Located at 251 W. Dekalb Pike King of Prussia. Nicest Hotel around. Basic Hilton. Quoting $89 a night + Tax for weekends. Call soon to get reservations.

* Best Western. 202 and N Gulph Rd. King of Prussia. 610 265 4500 (800 528 1234).

* Hampton Inn Hotel. 530 W. Dekalb Pike. King of Prussia. 610 337 1200.

* Bed & Breakfast may be a possibility for those wanting a less costly alternative. Some of our friends and neighbors in Norristown offer Bed and Breakfast for $30 a night. Call me if this is your choice.
